<p>The method takes into account the positional features and matching relationships in order to compare preprogrammed cut lines and their positional or fitting points with fitting points obtained by scanning the actual position of these features on the web being cut. - From this comparison the actual effective position of these positional or fitting points are determined and the given cut is executed using corresp. corrected positional or fitting points.
