Compsns. (I) comprising (A) finely divided, solid polyisocyanate, 0.1-2.5 equiv.% NCO gps. of which are deactivated on surface; (B) aliphatic and/or aromatic polyamine of mol. wt. 400-6000, or a higher mol. polyol; opt. (C) aromatic polyamine of mol. wt. 108-399 and/or aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic polyol of mol. wt. 62-399 as chain lengthener or crosslinker, (B) and/or (C) being a polyamine, opt. with a polyol; opt. (D) conventional polyurethane catalysts; and opt. (E) conventional auxiliary agents are used as reactive adhesives, the adhesives effect being initiated by heating or through polar solvent and/or high shearing forces. - Pref. (B) is polyamine of mol. wt. 800-3000. (C) is a diamine. (A) has a m.pt. above 80 deg.C and is deactivated, partic. to 0.1-8 equiv.% by aliphatic polyamine hydrazine, allylhydrazine, polyfunctional hydramide cpd. or amidine and/or guanidine contg. no H atom reactive with isocyanates at room temp.. (B) is polyamine, used with aromatic diamine as (C), or (B) is polyhydroxy cpd., used with aromatic diamine as (C). (A) is suspended in (B) and opt. (C), partic. (A), (B) and (C) being chosen to form a (I) directly. NCO:(NH2+OH) equiv. ratio in (A):(B+C) is 0.8-1.5, partic. 0.95-1.2:1. 0.1-10, partic. 0.3-8, equiv. (C) is used per (OH+NH2) equiv of polyamine and/or polyol (B).
