<p>PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed by moving a linear write head together with a photosensitive member when a combined device has a high processing speed. CONSTITUTION:The write section 12 is provided with the linear write heads 54A, 54B, the write heads 54A, 54B have lots of dot write elements and they are arranged in the broadwise direction of print paper 18 in a line. When it is necessary to feed the photosensitive member 18 at a speed more than the capability of the write elements, the linear write elements are moved in the same direction as that of the photoelectric member 18 so that its relative speed is appropriate as the sub-scanning speed.</p> |
