s-Triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives

A description is given of s-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives of the formula (I) <IMAGE> in which R1 and R2, which are identical to or different from one another, denote a linear or branched alkyl radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a phenyl radical or a hydrogen atom; R3 denotes a linear or branched alkyl radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom; R4 denotes a linear or branched alkyl radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a phenyl radical or a substituted phenyl radical; and R5 denotes a hydrogen atom or comprises, together with R1, a bond -CH2CH2- and their pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts. These compounds possess a vasodilatory action, a hypotensive action, an inhibitory action on platelet aggregation and a reducing action on cholesterol levels in the blood, and are suitable as a therapeutic agent against cardiovascular disorders.
