PURPOSE:To reduce the installation cost and to eliminate the operation cost of a hot water generating system utilizing the geothermal water by making a flash chamber of a heat exchanger at a negative pressure by means of an ejector that is operated by geothermal steam. CONSTITUTION:The high-temperature geothermal water pumped out of a production well 13 is, after being temporarily stored in a pressure regulating tank 11, supplied to a multi-stage flash type heat exchanger 14, where river water is turned into hot water by making the river water to directly contact the geothermal water in the respective flash chambers 15. At this time, the respective flash chambers 15 are maintained at a negative pressure by an ejector 27 that is operated by the geothermal steam. The low-temperature geothermal water that has become low in temperature by releasing the heat is returned to a return well through a geothermal water drain pipe 22. As the flash chambers of the heat exchanger are maintained at a negative pressure by using the ejector operated by the geothermal steam, the cost of installation can be made low, and the running cost becomes unnecessary. |
