PURPOSE:To process a work efficiently by outputting working information on a basis of preliminarily registered cutting patterns and stopping the processing to display this stop through a control board when information reaches a hand work code. CONSTITUTION:In the first processing, a machine tool 1 is operated by a control board 2 and an NC device 3, and works are processed successively, and present coordinate values and extents of movement of individual axes are registered in the device 3 each time. If a hand work is required, its work contents are selected from work items and are registered in a display device 4. This operation is repeated. In the second and following processings, registered work contents are displayed on the device 4, and the device 4 starts the device 3 through the control board 2 when the end of the hand work is inputted to the device 4. The device 3 processes works on a basis of registered cutting patterns, and the processing is stopped to output information, which indicates that the hand work is started, to the device 4 through the control board 2 when working information reaches the hand work code. The device 4 receives this information indicating the hand work to display work contents. This operation is repeated till the end of the processing of finish the works. |
