PURPOSE:To provide energy saving effect and improve the responsibility by controlling revolving speed of a turbine by means of a speed regulating valve and also controlling opened degree of a mixing valve in accordance with turbine load so as to keep opened degree of the speed regulating valve constant. CONSTITUTION:Main working fluid is sent to the first stage of a mixture turbine 1 via a speed regulating valve 3. Working fluid which is to be mixed is sent to the middle stage of the mixture turbine 1 via mixing valves 6 and 7. A governor 12 controls opened degree of the speed regulating valve 3 to control revolving speed of the turbine 1. Voltage load which is detected by a wattmeter 14 is given to both a processing circuit 15 and a driving means 16 which controls opened degree of each of the mixing valves 6 and 7. Opened degrees of the mixing valves 6 and 7 are controlled in accordance with turbine load to have the speed regulating valve 3 kept open at a constant degree. The energy saving effect can thereby be provided and the responsibility to be improved. |
