PURPOSE:The titled composition capable of preserving an enzyme having an action on elimination of bad smell and cleaning of the skin for a long time without causing change in quality and decomposition, having no precipitation of salts, obtained by blending a vegetable protease with specific amounts of a salt and a lower alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable protease (e.g., papain, bromelin, ficin, etc.) is blended with 6-12wt%, preferably 8-10wt/ salt and 1-10wt% lower alcohol, to give a liquid bathing agent composition having stability for long-term preservation. Sodium chloride is espcecially preferable as the salt, and ethanol is preferable as the lower alcohol. Since the vegetable protease-containing liquid bathing agent composition is blended with the salt and the lower alcohol, it will not precipitate satls even if the composition exists in air, and the enzyme is neither deactivated nor decomposed. |
