PURPOSE:To improve the vibro-attenuating effect by forming a regulation groove on each part where two sides of each of stage parts of a moving blade cover which is attached to the edge of the moving blades cross each other. CONSTITUTION:Twisted moving blades 2 are arranged in the circumferential direction (a) of a turbine rotor 1, and a stage part 5 is formed on a moving blade cover 6 which is integrated with or formed integrally with the moving blades 2 at the edge parts of the moving blades 2. A regulating groove 9 having an arced inner face is formed at the crossing part 7 of two sides 5A and 5B of the stage part 5. The projecting part 8 of each of the blades 2, that is opposed to the regulation groove 9 has a radium curvature of R. By such formation, the strength of each of the crossing parts at the stage parts will not be reduced and sliding area can be enlarged for higher vibro-attenuating effect. |
