The invention relates to a heat/pressure fixing device for fixing toner images on a copy carrier in an electrophotographic copier. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the present disadvantages of known heat/pressure fixing devices, such as a relatively high expenditure on structural means and energy, as well as defects arising in relation to operational reliability. It is the object of the invention to produce a heat/pressure fixing device in which the application of the separating solution is performed at the same time as continuous cleaning of the fixing roller, and an optional swivelling of the pressure roller onto and away from the fixing roller is achieved. According to the invention, the felt wick bears with the pressure force (F) against the steel roller, which is operationally connected to the fixing roller via the felt roller, and a lever with a helical tension spring is arranged on the switching axis with disc cams inside a press-on mechanism in order to swivel the pressure roller away from the fixing roller after unlatching of the lock by the magnet.
