PURPOSE:To ensure enhancement of operability and uniform finish by irradiating an objective part brought into close contact with an original transfer plate with a flash light to print it and form a film insoluble in a solvent, and wiping off a paint applied to the objective part, and removing a film from there after drying. CONSTITUTION:A piece of paper having a cutoff part or the like in a proper form is applied to the prescribed position of the member to be transferred to, or tapes for forming a frame are applied to said member to section the part on which letters or the like are to be written, from the other covered parts. The disclosed transfer member is coated with a paint, and the dried paint surface is again coated with a photosensitive material. The original transfer plate is brought into contact with the objective part of the member and irradiated with a flash light having a necessary amt. of light to print the letters. After the printing, the plate is removed, and the objective part is wiped with water. The photosensitive agent on the light interrupted parts is denatured by the light and left there without being wiped off and forms a film insoluble in solvent. After this film has been removed at the objective part of the member, the paint remains there, thus permitting the letters or the like of the original to be sharply transferred just same as the original. |
