PURPOSE:To obtain the titled excellent product by a method wherein a sheet of decorative paper cloth is pressed in advance into the shape of a vessel and then molding of synthetic resin material into the shape of the vessel and nice sticking of said paper cloth to the vessel are performed simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of decorative paper cloth 3 is mounted on the upper surface of the cavity of a female mold 1 having the desired vessel shape, a male mold 2 is dropped to press said paper cloth in advance in the shape of the vessel. Then, the male mold 2 is lifted, clayey kneaded compound 4 of thermosetting synthetic resin is placed on the paper cloth 3 molded in the form of the vessel, the male mold is dropped, the kneaded compound 4 and the paper cloth 3 are heated and compressed and the compound is molded into the shape of the vessel and stuck to the paper cloth simultaneously to obtain the desired product. |
