发明名称 STARTING AND STOPPING METHOD FOR PARTIAL LOAD OPERATION IN FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrieve to perform starting and stopping for a partial load operation without increasing NOx and also without generating clinkers by a method wherein while off operation an exhaust gas is fed into a layer of the zone through a wind box under being fluidized condition and the operating temperature is controlled at the predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:In starting a slumping section 8, driving an exhaust gas circulating fan 12, the exhaust gas is partly sacked from a down-stream of an economizer provided in the duct of the exhaust gas of a fluidized bed combustion furnace 2, is fed into the wind box 1c through an exhaust gas feeder 9c and an air feeder 3c, and then is blown off into the slumpin section 8 to fluidize a fluid media and keep continuing the blow-off operation, subsequently the fluid media in the fluid layer 7 is mixed with that in the slumping section layer 8 to raise a temperature of the fluid media in the slumping section. According to this operating procedure, no clinkers are generated in the slumping section 8, since no coal is remained for burning, further no possibility to become an excess-air in the slumping section of the fluidized bed combustion furnace upon starting, and no possibility to increase NOx generated.
