PURPOSE:To fetch in a correct spectrum signal even if the sweep speed of a main magnetic field is raised, by starting to take in the spectrum signal at the time when the intensity of the magnetic field catches up with sweep. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic field detection signal obtained from a magnetic field intensity detector 4 provided in the magnetostatic field generated between magnetic poles 1 and 1' is sent to an error amplifier 14 through an amplifier 13, and the difference signal between this signal and a sweep signal sent from a sweeping circuit is obtained. A comparing circuit 16 compares this difference signal with a sufficiently small reference signal from a reference signal line 17, and a sampling start pulse is generated when they coincide with each other. A computer 11 starts to take in the spectrum signal sent through an A/D converter 10 on a basis of this pulse and stores the taken-in spectrum signal in a memory 12. Thus, a device can be used up to the high-speed sweep of about one second per cycle. |
