摘要 PURPOSE:To fully automate management of spindle by processing the input signals from means for detecting the existence of yarn and means for detecting misoperation on the basis of previously programmed program thereby calculating the availability factor of winding machine and the success rate of doffing, etc. and printing. CONSTITUTION:When starting thread guard work, existence of thread is detected to decide the end breakage and if there is no thread in previous working but exists in current working, it is decided that the package is thread guarded artificially and has not constant length winding. While provision of end breakage signal within predetermined time during thread guard work, is decided to be misoperation, and upon detection of misoperation, push means will interrupt supply of yarn to the winding device and transfer to next process while to decide the content of misoperation on the basis of the detected signal. Thereafter, the availability factor and the success rate of doffing are calculated to calculate the full winding rate on the basis of the weight, winding diameter, and the existence of artificial thread guarding while the weight and the winding diameter of package are calculated on the basis of the signals from a resolver 32 and a load cell 30 and to print out data concerning to the product, spindle and decision.
