PURPOSE:To improve strength by forming a spoke by radially projecting a plurality of arms from a fixed wheel and installing an engaging piece at the top edge of the arm and constituting a steering wheel by superposing the fitting surfaces of two-divided wheel onto the above-described engaging piece. CONSTITUTION:A spoke 4 is formed by radially projecting a plurality of arms 7 onto the outer periphery of a fixed wheel 6 and by installing an engaging piece 8 at the top edge of each arm 7. Further, the spoke 4 is integrally punched out from a metal plate and the contraction work to a desired depth is carried out. While, a wheel 5 is formed by dividing a wooden material into the upper and lower parts, and a groove 9 having a depth at least over the half of the thickness of the engaging piece 8 and the diameter of the outer periphery equal to the length ranging from the center of the spoke 5 to the outer edge of the engaging piece 8 is formed onto each fitting surface, and an installation recess 10 having a same shape to the engaging piece 8 is formed. After the engaging piece 8 is fitted into the installtion recess of one wheel 5a, the other wheel 5b is superposed. |
