PURPOSE:To obtain a device with a minimized area by connecting a depletion transistor (TR) in series between an MOS analog switch and a holding capacitor and driving a gate electrode in opposite phase to that of a control signal of the analog switch so as to compensate transient noise. CONSTITUTION:An analog voltage is applied to an input terminal 1, and an MOS TR4 acts like the analog switch. A control signal terminal 2 is connected to a gate of the TR4. The holding capacitor 5 is connected to the TR4 via a depletion MOSTR31 in series. A compensating signal terminal 11 is connected to a gate of the TR31 and the terminals 11 and 2 are driven in opposite phase to each other. The transient noise at holding is outputted to an output terminal 3 with compensation. In the constitution of the integrated circuit, a signal enters the TR4 from the terminal 1 via a contact 41, the electrode of the TR31 is connected to a terminal 3 via a contact 42 and the semiconductor device minimizing its area is attained. |
