PURPOSE:To accurately control the flow rate with high operating speed by displacing an enclosure to the position set by a pulse motor. CONSTITUTION:In order to set a desired enclosure position in a flow rate control valve controller, a setter 11, an A/D converter 12 for converting the position designation signal (d) from the setter into a pulse motor shift pulse number, and latch circuits 13A, 13B for holding the pulse number. Further, incremental/decremental counters 15A-15C which output signals representing the shift pulse number of the pulse motor necessary to displace the enclosure, and discriminators 14A-14C for comparing the shaft pulse number held in the latch circuits with that represented by the output signal of the counter are provided. A drive circuit 40 drives a pulse motor in the rotating direction corresponding to the direction for displacing the enclosure set with the enclosure on the basis of the decided result of the discriminators. |
