<p>PURPOSE:To prevent production of gas pressure pulsation containing high frequency generated in the vicinity of an exhaust port during opening of an exhaust valve, by a method wherein a hole is provided in the compression space side of the exhaust valve. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust valve 13, which opens and closes an exhaust port 14 of a compressor, is located. The exhaust valve 13 is formed in a way to be laminated with plural valves 13a and 13b. A hole 13c is formed in the plane of projection of an exhaust port 14 of the exhaust valve 13b on the compression space side. When the exhaust valve 13 is opened, a jet stream of exhaust coolant is exerted on the hole 13c, and the two valves 13a and 13b are vibrated in a different manner. The vibrations causes the two valves 13a and 13b to be resonated with each other and be prevented from vibration. This enables prevention of the generation of gas pressure pulsation without an increase in a fluctuation in a mass flow rate of coolant gas exhausted occasioned by vibration of the exhaust valve 13.</p> |
