<p>The process comprises foaming using chemicals releasing carbon dioxide through the action of other acid agents in the presence of crystalline inorganic salts. The carbon dioxide is released purely chemically, and the foaming is achieved via solid agents in dispersed or dissolved form, utilising the heat evolved in the catalysed polymerisation n process. - The resin is based on acids with or without saturation wit glycol and a vinyl monomer, the catalyst can be e.g. benzoyl peroxide and the foaming agent sodium sulphate.</p> |
