PURPOSE:To obtain excellent radiation characteristics and to carry the radio equipment conveniently by installing a battery and a circuit part in a fountain pen type casing, and dividing the casing into two in its lengthwise middle and composing them of metallic conductor cylinders respectively. CONSTITUTION:The cap 1 and main body part 2 of the fountain pen type body are formed of metallic pipes. A clip 4 provided to the cap 1 holds the main body part 2, etc., while inserted into a brease pocket. A battery chamber cap 5 holds the battery inserted from the end part of the main body part 2 without falling. A switch 7 is used to reset a ringing tone when this equipment serves as a receiver or used as a press-to-talk switch when this is used as a transmitter. Further, when the cap 1 and main body part 3 are fitted to an insulating ring 3, antenna terminals 9 and 10 are connected. Printed boards 8 is positioned at the right and left of the insulating ring 3 to form the circuit part of the radio equipment and is powered up by the battery through a power switch 11. The can 1 and main body part 2 are connected as antenna elements to a receiver input internally through the antenna terminals 9 and 10. |
