PURPOSE:To provide the titled material generating no background staining even if a binder with low melt viscosity or low softening point is used in an ink layer and suitable for a thermal transfer or current-passing transfer recording system, constituted by allowing a spherical substance to be present in the ink layer or on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A spherical substance (pref., particulate styrene with a particle size of 1-20mum) is allowed to be present in the ink layer 1 provided on a base layer 3 or on the surface thereof to obtain the objective material. Furthermore, the binder of the ink layer 1 is pref. one with viscosity of 10<2>cp or less. EFFECT:Printing density is enhanced. |
