PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of erosion, by forming a valve unit with a variable orifice being divided into multiple-stage hollow chambers. CONSTITUTION:A valve unit 31 integrally forms in its bottom end part a hollow cylindrical member 34 in a slightly small contour. This cylindrical member provides in its internal part a hollow chamber 35a-35d being divided by each partition 36a-36c in multiple stages while drills in the peripheral wall a circular hole 37 of small diameter in multiple stages so as to communicate with each hollow chambers 35a-35d. A throttle valve, vertically sliding the valve unit 31 and successively changing a passing area of the circular hole 37 by an internal peripheral surface of annular valve unit guide members 24a-24d formed in the internal surface of a valve seat 24, regulates the pressure of fluid and its flow to be throttled. |
