The lubricating system comprises a chamber in the housing which communicates with an adjacent lubricant supply tank (21). This is via a feed channel (42) at a specific distance upstream from the housing outlet so that a predetermined lubricant volume is formed in the chamber. The volume is also determined by the length of stroke stroke of the piston (12) calculated from the feed channel after it has been closed by the piston. The housing outlet is connected to the component to be lubricated (30) via a lubricant feed in an amount corresp. to the predetermined volume. The piston at its rear end is activated by pressure impulses from a pressure source connected by a conduit (25) connected to the housing inlet. |
