PURPOSE:To speed up sequence control to reduce a communication time and to improve the reliability by providing separately a control device and a calculation device for monitoring, and in parallel processing the execution of equipment control and monitor function. CONSTITUTION:In a control system which also has monitoring function, a general control device 30 and a calculation device for monitoring 40 are provided separately. The control device 30 controls synchronization/exclusion in start up of unit work of plural equipment groups according to the operation sequence memorized in a synchronous/exclusive step definition table 27, action control table 28 and control message table 29. In parallel execution of the device 30 and device 40, the data delivered from device 30 to device 40 is the information of action No. where the state is changed; therefore the sequence control is sped up. Also by providing a synchronous/exclusive step definition table 43 in a monitoring memory 41, the data to be delivered from device 30 to device 40 can be limited only to the synchromous/exclusive step No. which is started up, by which reliability is increased. |
