<p>PURPOSE:To secure combined state between each wafer easily by displaying not only information of its coming-in, but its going-out in case of displaying combined state between wafers. CONSTITUTION:In case the number of a symbol at a point of contact is many, the renewal of display of the symbol at a point of contact, i.e., of the symbol at an input terminal of wafers, of the other party is performed by operation of a scrawl key. Each time when the display of symbols at the point of contact is renewed, a read-out of the part corresponding to a wafer combined file, i.e., to a coming-in information file 19 is performed to display as a new symbol at a point of contact. When making the display of the symbol at a point of contact about an output terminal 101 of a wafer A, the number 101 given from the file 19 is searched, resulting in finding of 19a and 19b. Therefore, it means that BX1 are CX1 corresponding to a symbol 17 at the point of contact of the wafer A are displayed in a form that they are closed. After that, it lasts until the search of other wafer's input terminal is completed, and it can be identified that which output terminal and which input terminal are combined therewith by displaying symbol at a point of contact in closing.</p> |
