PURPOSE:To prevent cooked food from overflowing into the titled temperature sensor by fitting a movable cylinder which contains the temperature sensor onto a fixed pipe which is fixed to a main cooking apparatus body so that the moving cylinder is slidable, and forming a collar in the gap between the movable cylinder and fixed pipe. CONSTITUTION:A temperature element 2 is provided in the heat receiving plate 1 of the movable cylinder 15 so as to measure the temperature of the cooking apparatus. The fixed pipe 16 is fitted to the main cooking apparatus body 10. Then, the movable cylinder 15 is fitted onto the fixed pipe 6 and the movable cylinder 15 is slid upward and downward. Further, collars 16a and 16b are formed as two upper and lower stages at the upper part of the fixed pipe 16 to form space 17. Therefore, the movable cylinder 15 has a small contact part with the fixed pipe 16, so it is easy to move up and down and even if cooked food overflows, it stays between the collar parts 16a and 16b, so that the cooking temperature is controlled without hindrance to the upward/downward sliding of the movable cylinder 15. |
