PURPOSE:To conduct gravure printing having excellent quality by using two doctor blades, supplying both doctor blades with ink and transferring ink sufficiently filled into a cell as complete dots. CONSTITUTION:Doctor blades 7, 10 are lowered to the surface of a printing plate 2, on which ink 1 is applied, and brought into pressure-contact with the plate 2, and slid to the plate 2 at some angle during a time when a moving base 5 is moved to the right, and the inside of a cell 3 is filled sufficiently with ink 1 and a printer's proof is conducted. When the moving base 5 is returned to the left, both doctor blades 7, 10 are lifted, and are not slid to the plate surface 2. Accordingly, the two doctor blades 7, 10 are supplied with ink 1, and the inside of the cell 3 is filled enough with ink 1, thus obtaining the printer's proof of an excellent deep plate. |
