PURPOSE:To eliminate the obstruction to finder observation, by laminating a transparent electrode, a photoelectrically convertible substance having a fine pattern and an electrode having a pattern corresponding to said fine pattern on a transparent electrode in this order or the order perfectly reverse thereto. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 11 having a wide area is provided on a transparent glass plate and a photoelectrically convertible substance 10 such as amorphous silicon or CdS is provided on said electrode 11 in a mutually intricate and mutually not-contacted comb-tooth shape fine pattern and an opaque electrode 12 comprising Al having the same shape as said substance 10 is provided thereon. If the width of each tooth of the comb-tooth shaped photoelectrically convertible substance 10 is set to several mum - several ten mum and the arrangement pitch thereof is set to ten several - several hundred mum, said substance can not be almost discriminated by the naked eye. |
