<p>PURPOSE:To smooth the flow of cargoes to be shipped by performing the timing control between the decision control of shipping data and the carrier in the shipping schedule. CONSTITUTION:It is comprised of a memory section 10 stored with shipping schedules for every shipping port, means 35 for deciding the shipping schedule and means for deciding the time required for returning the empty carrying bodies 21-30 to respective shipping port. When shipping the cargoes P-R through first carrying means, the decision means 35 will decide the shipping port to be Anticipated of largest quantities of cargoes with highest priority thus to transfer the cargoes in a warehouse through second carring means to the shipping port at the time point prior to arrival of the empty carrying bodies 21-30 to the shipping port. Since second carrying means is operated with correspondence to the shipping schedule for every shipping port, shipping of cargo from the warehouse is never delayed.</p> |
