PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce a number of a lead wire, and to eliminate a high pressure resistance lead wire or to shorten thereof by disposing the head driving circuit adjacent to the ink jet head, and transmitting a signal between the head driving circuit and the signal generating circuit in series. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage electric current is supplied from a high voltage source 5 to the head driving circuits D1-Dn through the high voltage resistance lead wire HV. A head driving block 6 is arranged near the (n) pieces of the multitype ink jet head H1-Hn on the scanning plate of the scanning section, and scans integral with the heads. The (n) pieces of the head driving signal generated by the signal generating circuit 4 are inputted in the (n) bit shift register SR1 in parallel, and being outputted in series synchronizing with the clock signal after being latched, and being input in series into the (n) bit register SR through the DATA wire, synchronized with the clock passed through the CK wire. Therefore, the scanning of the head becomes very easy, the high voltage lead wire is enough by one, a high voltage output wire becomes useless or being shorten, since it can be constituted that the head driving block 6 and the signal generating block 3 are connected with six lead wires. |
