PURPOSE:To release completely the load on an operator at the initial stage of communication by automatically discriminating a message sent from an originator and automatically transmitting a previously set message in accordance with the discriminated result. CONSTITUTION:An external storage device 17 is constituted of a message storage area 17a and an input message storage area 17b and the area 17a is constituted of comparing message storage areas 17a-1A-17a-nA and transmitting message storage areas 17a-1B-17a-nB. At the time of communication, a data terminal equipment is set up to a storage mode and respective pairs of comparing and transmitting messages are successively stored in the area 17a of the device 17 in the comparing and transmitting order. Then, the data terminal equipment is set up to a transmission/reception mode and a message sent from the originator is compared with the contents of the area 17a-1A or the like, and if both the contents coincide with each other, the contents of respective pairs of areas 17a-1B, etc. are automatically transmitted. Consequently, the load of the operator can be completely released at the initial stage of communication.
