摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To maintain high accuracy while to improve the machining efficiency in surface honing by changing the machining position of work to be pressed by a rotary grinding wheel with correspondence to the cross-section of grinding wheel. CONSTITUTION:A worl W is mounted at the intermediate position of grinding wheel 11 through a loader 37 then pressurizing swivel shaft 24 is lowered and held by a chuck 25 to start the rotary drive sections 9, 14 thus to inject machining liquid through a nozzle 29 and to cut by predetermined amount via cutting amount detecting section 26a through revolution caused by the eccentricity between the swivel shaft 24 and the chuck 25 and spinning caused by the differential circumferential speed of the grinding wheel 11. Then it is inverted by an unloader 43 and transferred to the drainage blow station 33 thereafter transferred by the transfer mechanism 48 to the measuring station through phase determining station 49 where the shape of machining face is measured by a displacement detector 60 and if the cross-sectional shape accuracy is not within the allowable limit, the operatonal control section 3 will decide to be degraded flatness of the grinding wheel 11 and to move the machining center position with correspondence to the coarseness.</p>
