In prodn. of condensers consisting of (A) positive rectifier electrode with dielectric oxide layer; (B) negative electrode; (C) opt. sepg. films, and (D) conventional contacting, wherein conductive polymer (I) formed by polymerising a soln. of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophen (II) and Fe(iii) tosylate (III) as electrolyte is applied on (A) or (C) is impregnated therewith, (I) is made by several consecutive polymerisation cycles from solns. applied repeatedly. ADVANTAGE - Condensers have, even at high frequencies (more than 50 kHz) very good capacitance and impedance values, high capacity substantially independent of frequency, low dielectric loss, and low leakage current.
