PURPOSE:To make analysis and treatment efficient, by compressively sending inactive liquid into at least two resistance flow paths having different flow-path resistances, and directly sending a sample in the holding loop of a loop injector by liquid passed through the large resistance flow path into a flow cell, and also directly sending liquid passed through the low resistance flow path. CONSTITUTION:Of ports P1-P6 of a loop injector 41, a holding loop 42 is provided between the ports P1 and P4. The ports, which are connected to the loop 42, can be made switched by a rotary valve body. The ports P5 and P6 are connected to a sample container 45 or a washing liquid receiving container 46 and a sucking means 51 through a sample sucking pipe 47 and a sucking path 49. An N2 compressing device 53 is connected to tightly sealed containers 52 and 56. Inactive liquid 1 in the container 52 and washing liquid 55 in the container 56 are sent into resistance flow paths 65-67 having different resistances by way of a directional control valve 60 and opening valves 62-64. The flow paths 66 and 67 are connected to the port P2 and the flow path 65 and the port P3 are connected to a flow cell 3. A sample 4 sucked into the loop 42 and the liquid 1 are both sent to the flow cell 3. |
