<p>Process for obtaining new sulphonamidines of general formula Ib: Comprises preparing a compound of formula Ib where Rb is 3-[3-(1-piperidinylmethyl)phenoxy]propyl or 2-[[[2- [(aminoiminomethyl)amino]-4-thiazolyl]methyl]thio]ethyl and Rb1 is phenyl substituted by halogen, alkoxy or alkyl, and one of their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, by reacting a compound of formula IIb where Rb has the same meaning as in Ib with a compound of formula IIIb where Rb1 has the same meaning as in Ib and R2 is alkyl, in an alcanolic medium.
