Two pairs of guiding pins (17, 18) are fastened to the longitudinal edges (9) of an insertion frame (2) and two connecting link supports (15) are fastened to the longitudinal edges (4) of a mount (1). The profile of the guiding surfaces of the connecting link support (15) matches the pairs of guiding pins (17, 18) in such a way that the insertion frame (2) is locked in a stable fashion in its two final positions (ankle-high support and upper end position to permit access to the linen box) and is correspondingly retarded during its upward movement. Advantages, apart from the avoidance of noise and the protection of bed linen, include a high degree of operating safety (prevention of accidents). The insertion frame (2) and the mount (1) can be delivered separately and can be assembled in situ simply by placing one on top of the other. <IMAGE>
