The invention relates to an automatic device for opening and closing doors and gates having one or two leaves. It comprises two articulated arms 1 and 2 actuated by a pneumatic jack 3 which ensures the opening. The springs 4 and 5 serve for ensuring the closing. A flow limiter 6 makes it possible to control the opening speed, whilst damping at the end of travel is regulated by means of a binding screw 7. Locking in the closed position is ensured by a self-blocking system within the jack. In the event of a power failure, it is sufficient to release the pin 8 in order to resume manual operation. Of the most expedient uses of the invention, mention may be made of the automation of the single-leaf or two-leaf gates of villas. <IMAGE> |
