PURPOSE:To obtain a molded part excellent in reflection and shield effects of electromagnetic waves by a method wherein a perforated metal plate or metal gauze is placed onto a mold and, after molten thermoplatic resin is supplied or while being supplying to both sides or one side thereof, a top and a bottom forces are closed so as to press the resin and the plate or gauze in order to make them into an integral body by cooling. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a perforated metal plate 115 is placed in a force 112. Secondly, molten resin 117 is supplied through a resin passage 113 in the force. On the other hand, molten resin 116 is supplied through another supplying port 114. After that, the resin supplying port 114 is shifted from between a top force and the bottom force outside the system. Thirdly, the top force 111 is lowered so as to press the resin and the metal plate by a press in order to complete the molding of the resin and the metal plate by cooling. |
