<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the titled substance in high selectivity and yield, by the crosscoupling reaction of 1-alkylpyrrolyl-2-magnesium halide compound with an organic halide in the presence of a Pd-phosphine complex catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The compound of formula III can be prepared by the crosscoupling reaction of the compound of formulaI(R is alkyl; A and B are H or together form an aromatic ring or heterocyclic ring condensed with the pyrrole ring; X is Cl, B or I with the halide of formula II (R' is aromatic hydrocarbon group or heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon group; X' is Cl or Br) in the presence of a Pd-phosphine catalyst. The catalyst prepared by the reaction of a palladium halide with a bidentate aromatic phosphine ligand[e.g. 1,4-bis-(diphenylphosphino)butane]. The amount of the catalyst is usually 1mol%. USE:Pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals, and plant growth regulating agents.</p> |
