PURPOSE:To enable obtaining a low price and good crosstalk rotary transformer by filling a melted shield material in a groove, hardening and grinding or cutting the bottom. CONSTITUTION:Coils 4a, 5a and 4b, 5b which constitute a single channel are provided in a rotor 2 and a stator 3 respectively and a groove 7 is formed between these coils 4a, 5a and 4b, 5b. A shield material such as copper or aluminum is filled in the groove 7 in a melted state to be made a short ring 6 and then solidified by cooling. After the shield material to be made the short ring 6 is solidified, the rotor 2 and the stator 3 are obtained by removing to the bottom of the groove 7 where the short ring 6 is fixed. The rotor 2 and the stator 3 constructed in such a way enable to obtain a plane opposite type rotary transformer which has a completely independent magnetic circuit. |
