PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of construction, by a method wherein a suction apparatus for penetrating soft surface soil layer to intermediate superior layer is provided and superior layer earth is suck up at an overload section via the suction apparatus and surface soil layer is covered with the superior layer earth. CONSTITUTION:A slot through soft surface soil 1 to intermediate superior layer 2 is bored, and a feed and suction pipe 4 is inserted into a bored slot 3. Then, the superior earth 6 for the superior layer 2 is suck up at an overland section via a pump 5, and the surface soil layer 1 is covered with the superior earth 6 via the feed and suction pipe 4, a belt conveyor, a dump truck, or the like, and the surface soil layer 1 is replaced with the superior earth 6. |
