PURPOSE:To form multicolor image superior in reproducibility by transmitting the light through a transparent conductive base body to expose an image from the rear side of a photosensitive body and forming one of plural kinds of electrostatic latent images at least. CONSTITUTION:An electric charge generating layer 4 is exposed from the rear side of a uniformly electrified photosensitive body 1 by an image exposure device 7 to form the first electrostatic latent image, and the first primary color image is obtained by a developing device 8. The photosensitive body 1 is electrified uniformly again by an electrifier 6 and is exposed by the exposure device 7, and the second primary color image is obtained from the second electrostatic latent image by a developing device 9, and the similar operation is repeated to form the third primary color image by a developing device 10. Since the exposure system 7 is arranged in the rear side of the photosensitive body 1 and the generating layer 4 is exposed through a transparent conductor and a transparent conductive layer 3 of the photosensitive body 1, a multicolor image superior in reproducibility is formed without influences of said toner images, and the device is made compact. |
