PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of the Q and uncertainty of a microwave frequency by providing a shield means for separating electromagnetically >=2 circular dielectric resonators near a microstrip line constituted on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A microwave input is injected from one end of a microstrip line 7 and the microwave input is reflected in a frequency corresponding to a resonance frequency of circular dielectric resonators 6 shielded electromagnetically and loaded to a 50OMEGA microstrip line 7. The quantity of the reflection depends on the coupling between the Q of the circular dielectric resonators 6 and the 50OMEGA microstrip line 7. Through the constitution above, since the two circular dielectric resonators 6 are separated mutually electromagnetically by a shield plate 9, the Q is almost the same as the Q of the circular dielectric resonators 6 themselves and the reflected radio wave is resonated in a frequency almost the same as the resonance frequency of the circular dielectric resonators 6 and the frequency of the reflected microwave input is not uncertain. |
