ELECTRODE STRUCTURE OF PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATOR

PURPOSE:To eliminate errosion of an electrode film and flowing of solder onto the electrode film by baking conductive paste in a form having a part longer than the width of a connection electrode and crossing a connection electrode at one part or over to change the structure of electrode. CONSTITUTION:The exciting electrode 14 and a fixing electrode 17 are provided onto a major plane of a crystal oscillating chip 13. A connection electrode 15 connecting the electrodes 14, 17 is provided on the major plane and the conductive paste 16 in a strip form longer than the width of the electrode 15 and crossing the electrode 15 is backed on the electrode 15. Further, an inner lead 19 is fixed to the electrode 17 via a solder 18.
