PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a plurality of thyristors together in a package by disposing a power common terminal and control terminals of the plurality of thyristors in the vicinity. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of thyristors 20-23 are gathered in a package, one terminals of the thyristors are commonly connected as a common power terminal 2a, and a common terminal 2a and gate terminals 2h, 2i, 2j, 2k are disposed in the vicinity in the same direction. AC terminal 2b of different polarity, motor control terminals 2c, 2d, DC magnet output terminals 2e, 2f, water supply valve output terminal 2g are tab terminals, and disposed at sufficiently insulating distance from the terminal 2a. In order to improve the heat sink, a resin case 26 is disposed on a metal base 25, thereby obtaining the insulating performance of the terminals. |
