PURPOSE:To reduce the size and the weight of a polyphase linear motor by alternately superposing and arranging the effective length of other coil between the effective lengths of one coil of a movable element of a linear motor in the same plane. CONSTITUTION:The first and second coils 1a, 1b are wound on a carriage 3b. One end of the coil 2b is disposed between the windings of the coil 1b, and the coil 1b is wound on partitions 15, 15. The longitudinal size of the coil 2b is shorter than the coil 2b to be superposed in the coil 2a. |
