PURPOSE: To ensure connector fitting in strong vibrations and to simplify attaching/detaching by connecting the free ends of an elastic latch arm holding a second connector group by connection bodies having different lengths depending upon the number of connector groups. CONSTITUTION: In a connector array 10, second connector groups 18 and 20 connecting any number of connectors in lines are inserted and retained in a first connector group 12 arranged in lines. A pair of brackets 30 and 32 are provided having several latch arms 44 holding the groups 18 and 20. These elastic latch arms 44 have a common base section along both ends of a group 12, and is shaped to correspond to each connector. Free ends of the arm 44 are connected by connection bodies 36 of different lengths depending upon the number of the groups 18 and 20, and are integrally operated. A vertical arm 110 of a tool 100 is inserted along the side faces of the groups 18 and 20, and therefore, a latch projection 48 of the arm 44 is stretched outwardly through the connection bodies 36 so that the groups 18 and 20 can be easily extracted. |
