PURPOSE:To develop high mixing efficiency even to a highly viscous fluid, by mounting a cylindrical fixed drum and at least a pair of ribbon shaped stirring blades attached to the interior of the drum so as to be rotated along with a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A liquid A and a liquid B are respectively fed under pressure by pressure feed pumps 15, 17 and introduced into a case 1 while the flow amounts of both liquids are precisely metered by flow meters 16, 18. A large ribbon 2 and a small ribbon 3 are rotated to the same direction in the case 1 and the outside part of the liquid mixture in the case is moved to the right direction by the large ribbon 2 while the part of the liquid mixture in the vicinity of the center is moved to the left side by the small ribbon 3 and a vortex is generated by liquid friction. The large ribbon 2 is rotated in the case 1 so as to provide the min. clearance from the case 1 and all of the fluid mixture in the case is thoroughly mixed as a whole and also mixed even in the direction vertical to the paper surface and mixing effect is increased. |
