PURPOSE:To lower the lowest temperature to stabilize combustion for a combustion gas to be used, by burning mixed gas immediately after it is injected, by providing a diffusion disk with a sealing device which partially seals the diffusion disk, or a diffusion disk with a grating which has specified holes, in a fluidized-bed combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:A diffusion disk 12 is partially sealed by a sealing device which has specified holes. A diffusion disl 14 with a grating consists of a diffusion disk 12 to which a grating 13 having specified holes 15 is closely attached. Mixed gas 20 is injected into a furnace from its bottom through a diffusion disk 12 with a sealing device or a diffusion disk 14 with a grating, producing a circulation flow 17 around each hole 15 on the sealing device or on the grating. The mixed gas is contacted to combustion gas in high temperature immediately after it is injected, and they are ignited and burned directly on the diffusion disk 12 or 14. By this method, the applicable range to the temperature for heat treatment for combustion gas of each kind to be used can be expanded. |
